Represent your qualifications, experience, and subjects truthfully. We verify educators before they go live, and any misrepresentation is grounds for removal.
Come prepared, teach to the student in front of you, and give honest, constructive feedback. Lessons should move a learner forward, not just fill an hour.
Treat every learner with respect regardless of background or ability. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate content results in immediate account termination.
Honour your booked sessions and start on time. If something unavoidable comes up, communicate early and reschedule fairly — a no-show affects a real person’s learning.
Keep communication and payments on the platform, protect learners’ personal information, and never ask for details you don’t need. Minors must be treated with extra care.
You set your own rates and they should be clear up front. Refund requests for technical issues or no-shows are handled fairly under our Terms of Service.
